Terms and conditions

These terms govern the sale of parts by Steel Creek Off-Road LLC, trading as Steel Creek Off-Road. Placing an order means you accept
them.

1. Who we are

Steel Creek Off-Road LLC, 12478 Gateway Blvd E, El Paso, TX 79927. We are an independent dealer in new and used
truck parts and accessories. We are not an authorized dealer for any vehicle or parts manufacturer.
Where we name a manufacturer it is to describe what a part is or what it fits, nothing more.

2. The parts we sell

We sell both new and used parts, and every listing states which one it
is. New parts are current manufacturer stock supplied unfitted. Used parts are removed from donor vehicles or
are surplus factory take-offs; they are second-hand goods and they carry the wear described on the listing. We do not
restore, refinish or recondition parts, and we never describe a used part as new.

3. Listings, photographs and condition

On a used part, the photographs are of the actual unit being sold. On a new part they are the
manufacturer's catalog images of that product. We describe condition as accurately as we can,
including the faults. Where a listing does not state a year range or a series, it is because the information was not
available to us, and we say so on the listing rather than guessing.

4. Fitment

Fitment information is given in good faith and is stated on every listing. Vehicles are modified, trim levels
differ, and a part that fits one truck of a given year may not fit another. You are responsible for
confirming a part suits your vehicle before installation. We will check a VIN for you at no charge before
you order, and we would much rather do that than process a return.

5. Availability

A used part is a single physical unit. When it is gone it is gone, and there is rarely another identical one.
New parts are catalog stock and can usually be reordered, though availability follows the manufacturer. If a part
sells before your payment clears we will tell you immediately and refund you in full.

6. Prices and errors

Prices are in US dollars and include free delivery to all 50 states, so the listed price is the delivered price. No sales tax is added at checkout, and there are no delivery extras to pay for. We show one honest price and we do not display
inflated reference prices or invented discounts. If a price is listed in obvious error we will contact you before
processing the order and you may cancel without charge.

7. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and payment clears. We sell on invoice:
you place the order, we issue an invoice by email carrying the payment details for the method you chose,
and nothing is taken from your account until you send the payment yourself. Accepted
payment methods and their reserve windows are on the payment page.

8. Title and risk

Title passes on full payment. Risk passes on delivery. Where a shipment arrives damaged, the procedure on the
shipping and delivery page must be followed for a claim to succeed.

9. Warranty

Used parts carry our own 90 day parts-only warranty. New parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which we
pass through and do not set or extend. Both are set out on the warranty page, which forms
part of these terms.

10. Returns

Returns are governed by the returns and refunds page, which forms part of these
terms.

11. Installation

Parts should be fitted by someone competent to fit them. We are not responsible for the consequences of improper
installation, and improper installation voids the warranty.

12. Restricted parts

We do not sell airbags, airbag modules, seatbelts, pretensioners, clock springs or any other supplemental
restraint component. We do not sell parts subject to an open safety recall, or any device that defeats or removes
emissions control equipment. We will not accept an order for one.

13. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any part is limited to the amount you paid for that part. We are not liable for labor,
towing, storage, rental vehicles, downtime, loss of use, loss of earnings or other consequential loss. Nothing here
limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Intellectual property

Manufacturer names and model designations are the property of their owners and are used here only to identify
what a part is and what it fits.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of El Paso County, Texas.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in force are the ones published here on the date you place your order, and
this page carries the date it was last changed.
