What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order to all 50 states — new or used, large or small.
The price you see on the listing is the price delivered. There is no shipping line at checkout, no fuel surcharge,
no handling fee, and nothing is added to your payment afterwards.

How long it takes

Processing starts when your payment clears, not when the order is placed. Larger parts such as truck beds and
heavy bumpers travel by freight and take longer than small hardware, which goes by regular courier. If you need a
part by a particular date, ask us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it
is achievable.

If it arrives damaged

Check the part when it arrives. If anything is damaged, photograph it and
call us on (915) 321-4525 or email
sales@steelcreekoffroad.com within 48 hours and we
will sort it out. Do not fit a damaged part.

Collection

You are welcome to collect from the yard during opening hours. Call ahead so we have the part pulled and ready,
and bring something capable of carrying it.
